Bond PM is a fresh approach to property management. Bond was created by Tracy Kennedy, a property investor, real estate sales agent and property manager. In her capacity in all of these roles, Tracy recognised the most common frustrations within the property management industry, including the high turnover of property management staff – that’s a big one.

Bond PM has solved this problem by recruiting only the best and most experienced property managers and then investing them personally in the business. Our property managers want you to stay with us, so offer only the highest quality of service to you, our clients. Client satisfaction and retention is of the highest priority here at Bond.

Another of the issues usually faced in the industry is inexperienced eyes checking in on your property. Bond contracts licensed building inspectors to conduct at least one of the four routine inspections of your property per year (where applicable). Whilst this is not a full building inspection, building inspectors will pick up on potential problems that are very often missed by property managers. Maintenance advice and issues can then be managed by the building inspector.
